Hi there! I’m Sylvia Cuillo, and my passion is helping you organize and enjoy your memories, today and into the future.
I get excited when I finish a digital photo organizing project and my client gets to experience their new beautiful photo library for the first time! Knowing that this work is so worthy and important, makes me very happy that I get to be a part of it.
I have one of the best jobs in the world because I truly have the honor of Bringing Happiness to your Photo Life! I hope to have the pleasure of meeting you soon.

The apple didn’t fall far from the tree here. Faith is the oldest of 5 Cuillo kids and started out as a Photo Scanning Specialist in high school. Now, while studying at Florida State University to become a Physician Assistant, she works remotely doing what she loves to do: help people feel better. This time by taking the messy digital photo load off their shoulders and creating order and peace for them.
As a certified member of The Photo Managers, Faith deploys exceptional digital photo organizing and technical skills and knowledge, together with a fierce attention to detail and integrity in every project under her. She knows what she does makes a difference and she has fun doing it.

Amy Kingsford is a resourceful and passionate virtual assistant who is indispensable in helping us carry out the everyday tasks of running our business.
When Amy isn’t serving her clients, she enjoys traveling with her family, visiting National Parks and Monuments and documenting her family adventures, as an avid photographer and memory keeper.
Pulling Back The Curtain
#1. I married a great guy named Patrick, 27 years ago and counting. We met in college while working with adults who have developmental disabilities.
#2. We have 5 amazing kids, spanding through middle school, high school and college.
#3. Four of our kids are adopted and one is biological (and we forget which one!)
#4. I always wanted to be a veterinarian – but chemistry had other ideas…
#5. I have two younger brothers and when I was 17 years old, we lost our beloved Mom to a car accident, when she was only 39 years old. Our parents were divorced so she was my mother, my father, my sister and my best friend all wrapped into one. My whole world changed from that moment on. I still miss her and always will. Photos took on a whole new meaning in that single life altering moment.
#6. My grandmother, our Matriarch, was a very special lady who instilled in us a strong sense of family. She had 9 children, 40+ grandchildren, 20+ great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. I am the oldest of all the grandchildren and I had the privilege to be holding her hand when she peacefully passed in 2017 at age 94. I will love her to pieces forever!
#7. My father-in-law lives with us now and I am so grateful that our kids get to hang out with their grandfather everyday.
#8. I am a strong advocate of people with disabilities and special needs.
#9. When I was a little girl I had a pet monkey, among a rabbit and other fun creatures. About 5 years ago, we had 3 pet rats, which we actually got from a breeder – who knew there was even such a thing! And currently we have a 6 pound white rescue Chihuahua named Rose, a 5 pound tan long hair chihuahua named Bae, a squawky and interactive (and potty trained) black cap Conure named Bailey, and a sweet guinea pig named Chico. I think we like pets 🙂
#10. In my spare time I love to bike ride, read fiction, organize my digital photos, scrapbook digitally, cook, dance, play Tai Chi, go to the beach and visit extended family. And in ALL things, my FAITH sustains me.

The Official Bio
- Sylvia Cuillo is the owner of PhotosOrganized, physically based in the Tampa Bay area in Florida, but virtually based anywhere on the globe with internet connection.
- Born with an “organizational gene” and having a knack for gadgets & “all things techie”, she has specialized in remote digital photo organization and management since 2011.
- She is a charter member (2011) and certified member (2012) of The Photo Managers (formerly the Association of Personal Photo Organizers, APPO), making her the 1st certified photo organizer in the Tampa Bay area in Florida.
- She graduated in 1989 with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and has subsequently taken numerous graduate courses in Adult Education.
- She has over 20 years professional experience in the social services field, mostly in supervisory and quality assurance roles. It was here that she honed her innate skills for building systems and procedures that work. She brings these same top-level administrative skills into serving her clients with their digital photos.
- She is committed to excellence in customer service and product quality!
- Sylvia has been organizing her own vast photo library for many years and started doing it professionally for others in 2011. Given her diverse background, she brings to the table a balance between a passion for photos and a passion for helping others!
- She has had the honor of leading a workshop at the annual conference of The Photo Managers for two consecutive years, where she addressed her colleagues in the following digital related topics:
- 2014 APPO Conference in Dallas, TX – “Making Sense of the Digital Mess”
- 2015 APPO Conference in Orlando, FL – “Nuts and Bolts of Remote Digital Photo Organizing”
- She also had the privilege of being part of a small group of Photo Organizers whom served as IMC’s (independent member consultants) for a pioneer cloud based photo management and photo preservation company called FOREVER, from 2014-2015.
- Sylvia was tapped to serve on the 1st Advisory Board for The Photo Managers and served from 2015-2017.
- Sylvia was one of the first two approved The Photo Managers Authorized and Exclusive Trainers to her colleagues, 2015.
- Sylvia has been volunteering, first as a scrapbooker and then as a photo scanning specialist, for her church’s mission trip fundraisers, twice a year for the past 10 consecutive years and going strong.
- Sylvia was interviewed for Houzz Magazine, 2017, How to Organize Your Digital Photos.
- She co-presented on DottoTech.com Webinar Wednesday, 2020, Tackling Your Digital Photos Like a Pro.
- She presents on the subject of digital photo management at her local library and other public venues.
