HOW IT WORKS…

STEP 1

Click “Buy Now” to purchase your remote Discovery Session

STEP 2

Have your Discovery Session with your professional photo organizer to complete your photo assessment and draft Photo Action Plan

STEP 3

After your Discovery session you will receive a custom quote for your Concierge service package based on your collection size, level of organization desired, complexity factors identified and any optional add-ons

STEP 4

Once Concierge quote is accepted and payment received, your photo organizer goes right to work on your photo project!  This typically starts with independent remote access to prepare your files and build your new digital photo system

STEP 5

Your photo organizer then processes your digital photos (backlog and/or present) through your newly designed digital system

STEP 6

At the end, your photo organizer will give you, or your designee, one-on-one training sessions to go over your new system and workflow

STEP 7

You then have the option to add-on output products Done-For-You, so that you can enjoy your newly organized photos, such as setting up digital frames and creating photo books

STEP 8

You will receive ongoing support and quality checks of your new digital system for the duration of the project, including through your training period

STEP 9

As a valued Concierge family member, you have the option to sign onto our exclusive monthly maintenance plan so that you never have to worry about your digital memories again – we can handle your new photos going forward

The Photo Organizing Maintenance plan gives you a seamless & convenient solution so that you can keep all the gains made, well into the future.  In addition, this plan lets you continue fine tuning your system so that it grows with your evolving needs and the fast changing technology.

We offer this annual maintenance membership exclusively to our Concierge and Business Service clients.  In addition to monthly hands-on service where we check your systems and organize your new photos taken that month, you receive unlimited email support, so if you get stuck on anything, you can ask immediately, without letting the problem or issue escalate or cause you undue stress.  It's like having a personal photo coach available to you at all times.

So take a deep breath... You can finally have fun taking new photos and still stay on top of your photo management.  You never have to worry about your precious memories again!

Step 2: We will email you to confirm receipt of your form and to notify you of your position on the list.

 

Step 3: Once you reach the top of the list we will send you the necessary information to schedule and pay for your Discovery Session ($125)

 

***This is a 1 1/2 hour assessment and inventory done via phone and remote access for the purpose of getting the information needed to give you a custom quote for services. During this time we will also discuss your collection size, level of organization and complexity factors.  We will also begin to explore options for your new digital system and action plan. 

 

Step 4: We will follow up this call with a custom quote for the Concierge service package based on your collection size, level of organization and complexity factors.

 

Step 5: 50% of the quote is due upon receipt to start the project and the 50% balance is due in 30 days.

 

Step 6: After your deposit is received, we will go to work for you!

All of our packages are for the services, time and expertise of your professional photo organizer and our team and do not include the cost of other project related items, such as hardware, software, and 3rd party products or services.

Examples of common items not included:

  • External hard drive

  • De-duplicating software
  • Subscription to cloud backup services

Each project is different and you get to choose how you want to design yours. Any potential additional expenses associated with your specific photo project will be discussed with you beforehand, so you can make informed decisions and for your approval.

NOTE: Not all projects have additional expenses; it is determined by what you want done.
