HOW IT WORKS…
STEP 1
Click “Buy Now” to purchase your remote Business Collaborative Discovery package
STEP 2
Conduct up to three hours of Business Collaborative Discovery sessions with your professional photo organizer to complete your Business collaborative assessment and draft Digital Asset Action Plan
STEP 3
After your Business Collaborative Discovery sessions are done, you will receive a custom quote for your Business Service package, based on your collection size, level of organization desired, complexity factors, and how much of the project you want done Full Service for you vs. DIY
STEP 4
Once Business Service quote is accepted and payment received, your professional photo organizer goes right to work for you and your team! This typically starts with coordinated remote access or other remote method, to prep your files and build your new digital asset system
STEP 5
Your photo organizer then processes your digital photos (backlog and/or present) through your newly designed digital system (or trains your team to do it)
STEP 6
At the end, your photo organizer will give you and your team or designee, one-on-one training sessions with your team to go over your new system and workflow
STEP 7
You and your team will receive personal ongoing support and quality checks of your new digital system for the duration of the project,including through the training period
STEP 8
As a valued Business Service member, you have the option to sign onto our exclusive monthly maintenance plan to handle your new photos going forward and provide support while serving a quality assurance role for your digital asset system.

Read on for more details about how you can get on our wait list and what you can expect next.
Step 1: Click the button below to fill out our Business Service Wait List Form and be added to the wait list.
Step 2: We will email you to confirm receipt of your form and to notify you of your position on the list.
Step 3: Once you reach the top of the list we will send you the necessary information to schedule and pay for your Business Collaborative Discovery Package ($500)
***This is for up to 3 hours of collaborative assessments and inventories done via phone and remote access, across several sessions, for the purpose of getting the information needed to give you a custom quote for services. During this time we will also discuss your unique business photo habits and goals, definition of project success, collection size, complexity factors and how much you want done as Full Service (i.e. Done-For-You) vs. DIY in house. We will also begin to explore options for your new digital system and action plan.
Step 4: We will follow up the Business Collaborative Discovery sessions with a quote for the Business Service package based on the results obtained during our time together thus far.
Step 5: 50% of the quote is due upon receipt to start the project and the 50% balance is due in 30 days. A longer payment plan may be available for longer projects.
Step 6: After your deposit is received, we will go to work for you!
PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS
All of our packages are for the services, time and expertise of your professional photo organizer and our team and do not include the cost of other project related items, such as hardware, software, and 3rd party products or services.
Examples of common items not included:
- External hard drive
- Photo management program
- De-duplicating software
- Subscription to cloud backup services
Each project is different and you get to choose how you want to design yours. Any potential additional expenses associated with your specific photo project will be discussed with you beforehand, so you can make informed decisions and for your approval.
NOTE: Not all projects have additional expenses; it is determined by what you want done.
