HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Click “Buy Now” to purchase your remote Discovery Session
STEP 2
Have your Discovery Session with your professional photo organizer to complete your photo assessment and draft Photo Action Plan
STEP 3
After your Discovery Session you will receive a custom quote for your Dynamic Duo service package based on your collection size and complexity factors
STEP 4
Once Dynamic Duo quote is accepted and payment received, your professional photo organizer goes right to work on your photo project! This typically starts with independent remote access work to prepare files and build your new digital photo system
STEP 5
After your photo organizer has completed all the Done-For-You photo processing, you will have two or three hand-off training sessions to go over your new system and your DIY activities
STEP 6
You continue to process the photo backlog using your new clean digital system and solid workflow, with the training and checklist you received
STEP 7
You keep up with your new photos coming in using your custom monthly checklist
STEP 8
You will receive ongoing phone and email support with your new digital system for the duration of the project, including through your training period.

Step 1: Click the button below to fill out our Dynamic Duo Wait List Form and be added to the wait list.
Step 2: We will email you to confirm receipt of your form and to notify you of your position on the list.
Step 3: Once you reach the top of the list we will send you the necessary infomation to schedule and pay for your Discovery Session ($125)
***This is a 1 1/2 hour assessment and inventory done via phone and remote access for the purpose of getting the information needed to give you a custom quote for services. During this time we will also discuss your collection size and complexity factors. We will also begin to explore options for your new digital system and action plan.
Step 4: We will follow up this call with a custom quote for the Dynamic Duo service package based on your collection size and complexity factors.
Step 5: 50% of the quote is due upon receipt to start the project and the 50% balance is due in 30 days.
Step 6: After your deposit is received, we will go to work for you!
PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS
All of our packages are for the services, time and expertise of your professional photo organizer and our team and do not include the cost of other project related items, such as hardware, software, and 3rd party products or services.
Examples of common items not included:
- External hard drive
- Photo management program
- De-duplicating software
- Subscription to cloud backup services
Each project is different and you get to choose how you want to design yours. Any potential additional expenses associated with your specific photo project will be discussed with you beforehand, so you can make informed decisions and for your approval.
NOTE: Not all projects have additional expenses; it is determined by what you want done.
