FIVE POINT ACTIONS PERFORMED:
Consolidate all your scattered digital photos into one central HUB on your External Hard Drive
Dedupe (find and remove duplicate photos into a separate folder)
Build-out a Chronological Core File structure (create folders based on year-month-day or year-month) and add your photos into those folders based on the photo metadata.
Rename your photo files (with the year-month-day metadata plus sequence #)
Provide a written recommendation for your Backup Plan
NOTE: Videos will be separated from Photos and put into their own mini-hub on your External Hard Drive.

Pricing for the Express Service is determined by 2 variables: (1) Collection Size, (2) Complexity Factors

(Additional libraries = 10%-25% add on cost)
OTHER NON-SPECIFIED COMPLEXITIES
If applicable, pricing to be determined and quoted for your approval when we receive your External Hard Drive (i.e condition of photo management program libraries, collaboration efforts on behalf of client, terabytes of data and higher, a vast number of sequential photos that are not true duplicates for example sports action photos, a vast number of scanned photos, rush jobs, etc.)

We’ll conveniently mail you a brand new EHD, delivered right to your door.
This saves you time and energy having to research and figure out which one to buy.
Do nothing extra now. After you pay your Express deposit, we’ll schedule our Kick-Off call to go over the details of your Express Photo Organizing package. During this call, you can let us know if you want to add-on this External Hard Drive option.
If you choose to add it, we will send you another quote for your approval.
REMOTE GATHERING SERVICES
Need help gathering your photos onto your external hard drive? We’ll remote into your computer or cloud services and gather your digital photos for you.
We understand that getting started is hard and that’s why you’ve come to us in the first place.
We also know that the “gathering” phase is usually one of the hardest parts about digital photo organization.
Do nothing extra now. After you pay your Express deposit, if you are interested in adding this practical service to your project, we can discuss it with you during your Kick-Off call.
If you choose to add it, we will send you another quote for your approval.

Step 1: Click the button below to fill out our Express Wait List Form and be added to the wait list.
Step 2: We will email you to confirm receipt of your form and to notify you of your position on the list.
Step 3: Once you reach the top of the list we will send you the necessary infomation to schedule and pay to pay the deposit of $749 (regardless of collection size or complexity level.)
Step 4: We’ll work with you to prepare your EHD to send over. We will start with a Kick-Off call to go over the details and Add-On options available (External Hard Drive, Remote Gathering Services.)
Step 5: When we receive your EHD with your files, we will determine your Collection Size and Complexity Factors and send you a new actual quote for your approval, including any Add-On Services you may have chosen and with a credit for your deposit of $749.
Step 6: After payment is received in full, we will go to work for you and get your Photos Organized!
PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS
All of our packages are for the services, time and expertise of your professional photo organizer and our team and do not include the cost of other project related items, such as hardware, software, and 3rd party products or services.
Examples of common items not included:
- External hard drive
- Photo management program
- De-duplicating software
- Subscription to cloud backup services
Each project is different and you get to choose how you want to design yours. Any potential additional expenses associated with your specific photo project will be discussed with you beforehand, so you can make informed decisions and for your approval.
NOTE: Not all projects have additional expenses; it is determined by what you want done.
